Attorney Richard A. Heller to Lecture at Probate Seminar

On Tuesday, May 20, 2014, the National Business Institute (NBI) will host a seminar called "The Probate Process From Start to Finish" in Orlando, Florida. Orlando Estate Planning Attorney Richard A. Heller will be one of the speakers at this Continuing Legal Education (CLE) event. Attorneys who complete this event will be eligible for 8 CLE credits, while other types of professionals are also eligible for certain types of credits.

This seminar is meant to provide attorneys, paralegals, estate planners, accountants, financial planners, and trust officers with basic information about how the probate process is carried out, according to NBI's website. The seminar session taught by Attorney Heller will cover the following topics: how to file a small estate in probate court, how to file a large estate, the estate timetable, the process of proving a will and the process of challenging a will. The event will be held at Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown from 8:30 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. Click here to register for the event.

Attorney Heller has been providing legal services to clients throughout Central Florida since 1990. With more than 25 years of legal experience behind him, Mr. Heller works diligently to protect his clients' best interests. In addition to estate planning, Attorney Heller also practices in many other areas of the law, which include elder lawfamily law, bankruptcy, criminal defense and civil litigation.

Mr. Heller received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and obtained admission to the Florida Bar in 1986. In 1990, he also obtained admission to the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida. Attorney Heller also maintains membership in the Orange County Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section and in the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
