Navigating Divorces in Florida

In the state of Florida, you and your spouse must agree that your marriage is irretrievably broken in order to be granted a divorce. This can be due to irreconcilable differences, mental incapacitation, or other various reasons. Once you have identified the reason for your divorce, then you can begin the filing process.
